While working across nonprofit organizations, our founder saw a common challenge: many teams lacked the capacity and systems to fully understand and demonstrate their impact.
Too often, evaluation is treated as a periodic requirement—rather than a continuous process that strengthens programs over time. In reality, evaluation is most effective when embedded across the full lifecycle of a program—from defining outcomes and building data systems to analyzing results and using insights to improve.
Evaluation also complements grant writing by providing the evidence and clarity needed to make proposals stronger and reporting more meaningful.
